Terms and Conditions

All information and the Terms and Conditions contained in this website construct the foundation for contractual relations between Cultural Exchange Tours and all of its clients.It is important that you read and understand the following terms and conditions.

 

Reservations and Deposit

Confirmed reservations require a deposit of $200.00 per person to Cultural Exchange Tours and are subject to availability .This deposit is Non Refundable if travel is not undertaken.The balance of payment must be received 45 days prior to departure. Any booking made within 45 days of departure will require full payment upon booking confirmation.

 

Cancellation Policy

All cancellations by clients must be sent in writing to Cultural Exchange Tours. Cancellation charges  will be levied as from the date the written cancellation is received.

60-50 days prior to departure 25% of total tour cost.

49- 30 days  prior to departure 75% of total tour cost.

29 days or less prior to departure 100% of total tour cost.

 

Tour Prices

Prices quoted by Cultural Exchange Tours are in Australian dollars and are subject to change due to unforeseen circumstances such as airfares, accommodation,currency fluctuations. We reserve the right to cancel and or vary any tour, tour itinerary, transport and accommodation.

 

Travel Insurance

It is a condition of Cultural Exchange Tours that clients joining one of its tours are adequately insured to cover cancellations,health requirements, luggage, personal items etc  for the total duration of their travel agreement.

 

Passport and Visas

A valid passport will at least 6 months validity is a requirement  for travel to China.Visa are required for travel to China.

 

Law of Contract

Any contract with the client shall be governed by the laws of the State of Victoria and any legal action arising from there shall be litigated only in the appropriate court in that state having jurisdiction in that state.
